Human Resource Office Assistant
We are looking for an HR Admin / Office Admin to support our Corporate office.

Organizing office operations and procedures; welcoming guests to our offices, assisting with interviews scheduling and candidate interactions, designing filing systems; reviewing and approving supply requisitions; assigning and monitoring clerical functions, luncheons, coordination of additional activities as needed. Ultimately, the Office manager should be able to ensure the smooth running of the office and help to improve the companies procedures and day-to-day operation.

Responsibilities

  • Organizing meetings and managing databases
  • Screening candidates
  • Applicant Tracking Software support and Maintenance
  • Implementing and maintaining procedures/office administrative systems
  • Using a range of software packages (email tools, spreadsheets and databases)
  • Assisting the Human Resources department with coordinating interview schedules and phone screens, input employee data, interact with candidates coming for in person interviews
  • Answering the main phone line and directing calls
  • Preparing FedEx and UPS packages and checking the mail
  • Maintaining all employee files
  • Assist with HR Audits
  • Assist with new HRIS and communication
Requirements

  • Strong organizational and planning skills in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS Outlook, in particular)
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
  • Attention to detail and problem solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Good at creative problem solving
